Mardi Gras is such a festive Holiday! Hillcrest (our neighborhood) always goes all out for the event. Hillcrest Mardi Gras is sponsored by the GSDBA Charitable Foundation and the Hillcrest Business Association. All proceeds from the street party benefit both organizations. The GSDBA Charitable Foundation issues annual Youth Scholarships. In honor of such a great cause here are OUR PCIKS for your favorite host/ess:
